The 2009 Cadiz Carnival promises to be the biggest and brightest yet as visitors from all around Spain and beyond gather at the seaside location.

Based on the carnival held each year in Venice, an old trading partner and friendly rival, the occasion sees residents young and old turn out to participate in the highlight of the city’s social calendar.
