The Paris Pass is an Amazing Way to see as much of Paris as you wish.

0

The capital of France has extensive different attractions that any visitor must aim to see. A little research into the different sightseeing places is advisable to ensure the most is made out of any Parisian trip.

When thinking of Paris, the most famous landmarks pop into the mind, such as the historical Notre Dame and the triangular Louvre Museum, which displays 35,000 works of art.

But of course there are other things which must be seen. The Abbaye Royale De Chaalis – Museum Jacquemart Andre, is another gallery which displays magnificent art work. Set in a beautiful abbey and surrounded by woodlands and gardens, this gallery is a must see for any art lover. The abbey was originally home to an art collector, who died in the early 20th century, leaving everything to the Institut de France.

The Compiegne Château is steeped in history. This was originally a royal residence which was destroyed during the French revolution and then rebuilt. It is a typical French castle which today houses three museums; the apartments of the First Empire, the Museum of the Second Empire and the National car and Tourism Museum.

The Paris Fashion Museum is a must for any fashion enthusiast. This museum showcases three centuries of fashion memorabilia, highlighting the reasons why Paris is the fashion capital of the world.

There are many things that have to explored and discovered in this wonderful capital, which will entertain and delight all tastes. A Paris Pass is a good purchase for anyone wanting to explore as much as they can here. It provides free entrance to over 55 attractions, including the ones featured above, as well as a metro card making travelling to the destinations easy. The Paris Pass certainly is the most hassle-free, convenient way to discover the brilliance of this city.

The most famous club in France the Moulin Rouge

0

If sampling the delights of the more risqué forms of entertainment in European cities is the perfect ingredient for a weekend away for you, then do not miss out on one of the infamous Paris cabarets, best showcased at the Moulin Rouge. Famed for beautiful women, costumes slimmed down from the most intimate of undergarments and an underground atmosphere in even the most well-known of venues, cabaret in Paris is unrivalled.

For pomp, gaiety and a riotous good time look no further than the Moulin Rouge show, now in its 121st year of being the hub of explosive cabaret in the city. Unfortunately the elephant so prominent in the 2001 film with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor no longer stands, but the club still stages the greatest show on earth on a nightly basis in terms of imagination and pure electricity on stage.

If giant animals are a must for any viewing experience then the current show Féerie contains a giant aquarium of deadly snakes in which skilled, brave and hopefully very well-paid dancers frolic in the midst of these terrifying animals. As well as risking their lives, limbs are also in near-mortal danger with such displays of acrobatics and energetic athletics that Russian Olympic gymnasts would fail to keep up.

The Moulin Rouge club takes the art of burlesque to the absolute extreme whilst transporting the audience back to the Belle Époche of cabaret and loaded looks from dancers at the turn of the 20th Century. No longer the seedy hangout of lusty young artists looking for inspiration, crowds flock to see the masterful choreography of the Moulin Rouge show.

Complete with a restaurant incorporated into the seating area a night at the Moulin Rouge is certainly an opulent experience to be enjoyed with French cuisine and the finest wines and champagnes France has to offer.

Une soirée exceptionnelle in the city that doesn’t need to sleep to maintain its beauty!

See The beautiful Fish at the Cineaqua Paris

0

< ![endif]–>

< ![endif]–>

There are so many interesting sights and activities to discover in central Paris. It is easy to spend the whole day absorbing in the culture and strolling through the many parks, eating gorgeous French food and browsing through the cute boutiques and shops for various bargains.

Amongst all the wonderful monuments, cathedrals and towers, there is Cineaqua Paris, the amazing aquarium located opposite the Eiffel Tower. This wonderful place is home to around 500 different species of fish and invertebrates, including sharks, rays, angel fish and surgeonfish.

There is so much more to do here than just browse at marine life all day, which is in itself a fascinating thing to do. Venture through the 11 metre tunnel situated beneath the shark tank which holds about 25 sharks of five different species, and watch them swim and play together. Touch a carpe in the touching pool, where the friendly fish are not afraid to be stroked by human hands. Visit the two cinemas at the aquarium, which regularly show films and documentaries about the mysteries of the deep. Watch the shows and events which are also held here, enjoyable by the whole family. Shows and films are constantly changing, making no experience here the same, providing a unique, fun trip every time.

There is sure to be something for everyone at the Paris aquarium Cineaqua. Try out the delicious food at the Ozu restaurant, an authentic Japanese restaurant which overlooks the dazzling, multi-coloured sea life of the aquarium. Or sit down for a relaxing drink at the Zen café. There is so much to entertain and mesmerise at Cineaqua Paris.

Cineaqua Paris is a must visit attraction for anybody visiting Paris. It is a wonderful break from all the cultural sightseeing, and provides a fun, exciting day for all the family, ensuring the most is made out of any trip to Paris.

One of the best shows in Paris Crazy Horse

0

The lights go down as eyes look up and a thrilled hush descends on the expectant audience. Slow, seductive music begins and the curtains onstage bristle then part to reveal five women wearing only…I won’t spoil the rest of the show at the Crazy Horse in Paris.

The spectacle has to be seen to be believed and there are no where near enough synonyms for ‘seductive’ to describe what goes on in this clandestine venue beneath the streets of the capital city of the country which gave the world ‘Je t’aime’, a song made up almost entirely of suggestive breathing.

As far away from the traditional images of cabaret as it is possible to get, the innovative use of lighting, staging and minimal costumes for the powerful performers in the Crazy Horse live show results in a show that looks as though a troupe of Bond girls has walked straight off the set of Avatar.

Frilly can-can skirts were thrown out with the last of the vin rouge in this converted wine cellar on Avenue George V, and the bizarre aesthetics of some of the acts require a double-take to make sure you are actually watching something so simple as a woman dancing on stage.

The women of the Crazy Horse are far from mere dancers though, with entrancing and bewitching names such as Zula Zazou, Jade Or, Psykko Tico and Nooka Karamel they entice and seduce the audience with one flick of their meticulously angular wigs. The Crazy Horse live experience is a marvel to behold; think more Cirque du Soleil without the acrobatics than Baz Lurhman’s Moulin Rouge!.

Psychedelic, daring, bizarre and more than a little bit sexually exciting the Crazy Horse show will have you hot under the collar the second the lights go down, without the lurid glances and dingy atmosphere of many of Paris’ lewd establishments in the sleazier parts of town.

The club has confirmed itself as the place to be seen for those in search of a truly avant-garde night with lashings of je ne sais quoi. Enjoy an evening of tasty entertainment with our Crazy Horse trip, which includes two drinks during the show and is a firm favourite with those who like to add a little spice to their nights out in foreign lands.
